today,
I pray
for Ukraine:
for the people who taught me
and accepted,
for the friends and acquaintances who respected,
for the nice and the beauty of the land,
for Holy Mary to defend
the villages and the cities,
for the older and the young
to be happy and lucky,
to be healthy and talented,
to be able to go on singing songs,
to danse, to ebmboid,
for them to avoid
the cruelty of the world,
let the Ukrainian word,
as much as the word of the others under the Lord
be as nice as it was,
in the songs
and the prayers,
in the rays
of the Rainbow of the Peace
over the Dnieper and the Dniester,
over the mountains and plaines,
under the sun and the rains...
I pray
for Ukraine.
